room rate of are inclusive of cooked breakfasts. We require minimum
of 2 nights booking. Advance booking is required.

Less
than 14 days before arrival is 50% cancellation and 100%
cancellation fee for less than 7 days, unless the room can
be resold in peak season any cancelled booking is charged
at full rate if the room/suite cannot be resold.

We
welcome children under 6 years sharing room with parents,
without an extra bed/ blanket & pillow with no charge.
Charge for extra person is RM100 per night with breakfast
with separate single bed made available.

| transport |
We can arrange for a car and driver to meet you at the airport
and bring you to Clove Hall. The charge is RM75 (one way).
|
| tours |
We
can arrange tours of the area this can be booked when you
are with us. The charge is RM50 per hour.

We
provide a complimentary light afternoon tea between 4-5pm. We
do not have a restaurant.
If desired evening meals can be ordered in from local eateries
and plated up by our staff there is a small cover charge for this
of RM5 per person.
We do not have fridges in our suites but are happy to allow guests
to put any essential items in the house fridge.
We provide boiled bottled water in our suites for drinking in
order to minimise plastic bottles and effects on the environment.
We provide Thann products, a small selection of personal items
and a hairdryer in each suite.
We provide iron and board on request.
